VISTA alignment meeting
The alignment meeting served as meeting for all partners to align their input in the project (getting to know each other better, shared interest, project activities, planning, etc.). All partners presented themselves and their VISTA related intertest and offering towards the other partners. Important results from the alignment meeting were the following
- Requirements – as defined on general level in advance to the workshop – were refined
- An agile approach was chosen for project execution, based on quarterly sprints
- Sprint goals for the coming sprints were defined in detail, as well as rough goals for the remainder of the project
